Tips and Tricks - Part 2

Capitalize on the space you have. Seating is a big part of this and can easily make or break your home media room. If you have an oddly shaped room, consider using an curved sofa and easy chairs on either side to best accommodate the maximum number of guests. Or implement theater seats but with built-in or pull-down drink holders to avoid cluttering up the space with additional items. Platform (or stadium or stair-step) seating is another great way to make the most out of the room available and still fit in a larger number of seats.

Think your house isn’t big enough? Think again. Click back through previous posts to find our recap on garage makeovers that were turned into amazing media rooms. It’s a great way to make use of the space and provides an excellent entertainment area for kids, family, guests and neighbors.
